Stevenson School

About a half mile from Spring of Life is an elementary school that is one of the poorest schools in the state. A huge percentage of the children that attend Stevenson School are on the free lunch program. For many of these kids, the only decent meal they have all day is school lunch. Because the students live in such a depressed neighborhood most of these families do not have funds to get their children new items for school. We have long been supporting the school in various ways, from collecting snacks and school toys, to offering mentors.
